Ibrahim’s passion for family is central to who he is. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones and considers his colleagues part of his extended “work family.”

In 2018, Ibrahim founded Affinity Real Estate, a team that quickly became known for its focus on relationships and community. The team achieved incredible success, becoming the No. 1 Keller Williams team in Canada by GCI and sales volume, and the No. 1 team in the Waterloo Region across all brokerages. By 2021, they had closed 389 transactions for $280 million in sales volume.

Ibrahim led Affinity to join forces with MillTown Property Group, forming a 37-agent mega team within eXp Canada. Affinity’s collaborative culture and people-first mentality have set it apart from traditional real estate teams. Under Ibrahim’s leadership, the team thrives by fostering growth through relationships rather than competition, disrupting the market and offering agents the chance to scale their businesses without geographic limitations.
